Bookings & Consultations
Consultations and services are booked in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking.
Free consultations are limited to one per person, unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products & Workshops
Digital products and workshops (including Your Style Formula) are delivered online. Access duration, included materials, and bonuses are described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of workshops, online programs, and downloadable materials, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.
Please review the workshop description, access duration, and included materials carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, you are encouraged to reach out prior to purchase to ensure the program is the right fit for you.
Limited Access to Digital Content
Access to digital workshops and materials (including Your Style Formula) is provided for a limited time, as specified on the sales page at the time of purchase. For most workshops, access is granted for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
After the access period ends, materials may no longer be available. It is the participant’s responsibility to review and use the content within the given timeframe.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Style Edit by Alona does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Prices may be listed in different currencies depending on your location. Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.
